Go run, bake, eat chocolate (especially dark), give your pet a hug, go to a movie, Taekwondo, work outside, start a new house project, create crafts, call your parents or a best friend, read a good book, write a good book, play the piano or any instrument, go for a walk, plant a tree or flowers, clean your house, spoil your children or grandchildren.....all work for me!
